Title:Lead J2EE Integration Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a Sr J2EE integration Architect that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer facing skills.

An Expert on J2EE technology with Expertise on all Java/J2EE technology and integration experience is an ideal candidate for us.

This is a Professional Services Division Job and the as any other P S Job it has travel involved and depending on the client site, the employees and contractors typically work 4 days on site/ 1 day off site schedule.

There is not need to relocate from current home base.

The technical integration consultant is required to configure Client product to accomplish specific business goals within customers operation.

Required Skills/Experience

1. Successful 7-10 year consulting track record at customer sites. Big five consulting is a plus, at a minimum the candidate needs to have significant experience performing big five type consulting with clients.

2. Strong oral and written communication skills

3. Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage client relationships
   

4. Previous implementation experience in several full life-cycle implementations
   

5. Experience developing technical specifications and then implementing those specifications through a combination of custom programming and product configuration
   

6. Experience communicating with both the development and integration teams of an enterprise-wide systems integration effort.
   

7. Demonstrated ability to design, program, test, and deploy complicated integration software
   

8. Ability to work with core engineers to review technical designs and participate in code reviews

Desired Skills/Experience

1. Background as a Systems Analyst/Technical Consultant at a Big 5 consulting firm or equivalent
   
2. Prior Business Process and configuration experience with configurable software such as Peoplesoft, Sieble, or SAP n-tier web architect solutions
   
3. Knowledge of the insurance industry or prior implementation experience on an insurance related project
   
4. Project management skills along with a successful track record of managing.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior C# developer. The project involves rewriting the insurance application with our clients and most of the work is done on the Microsoft .Net platform.

Required Skills/Experience

1. 5-7 years of soild experience working on Microsoft technologies with last 2-3 years with core focus on .Net and C# and expert level skills and experience on .Net framework and specific focus on C#.

Title: Sr. Functional Consultants

Job Description

Seasoned functional consultants are needed to assist with large-scale enterprise software implementations with Carriers.Our Professional Services organization includes business analysts, functional consultants, and technical integration consultants who work together to implement these insurance applications at customer sites.

Our projects are complex and can last from three months to two years depending on the specific customer requirements. During a project, the team will identify customer business requirements, configure the application to meet those requirements, and integrate the application to other internal or external systems.

Our Projects require Extensive travel to client sites and our consultants are onsite MON-THU and work from home on Fridays. 80% Travel Required.

These applications are highly configurable to the requirements of each client, and require a thorough understanding of the objectives and requirements of the client.

3. producing requirement and functional design documents
   
4. estimating the effort required to configure the environment
5. configuring the products to solve customer business challenges
6. working with Product management to share configuration concepts and further develop our core product features

8. planning integration testing and user acceptance testing of customer solutions
9. supporting execution of integration tests, including monitoring software incidents and communicating software issues to engineering.
